Your orders will be subjected to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

We accept payments made by Debit or Credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JBC, and Banks, or PayPal, or available payment options used by this website.

By placing an order using one of the above Credit or Debit card and online payment methods, you confirm that the Credit or Debit card(s), or PayPal account, or Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, used is yours, or you authorize, or authorized by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Seller, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 

All payment conducted on our online store is processed by PayPal or Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, as Payment Processor, through the payment system using Shopify platform, any current used platform. Once you make payment on our store, you are agreeing the payment terms of Seller, and such Processor. You may refer to the Terms and Conditions of Seller and such Processor for your reference. Seller, however, guarantees that your personal details solely be used to process the transaction you have initiated and will not be used in any unauthorized action by our party. In the absence of our negligence, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer from the fault or negligence of other party.

8. Acceptance of your Order

Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order with us, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Please be reminded that this email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and Seller will be completed when we send you a confirmation email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch are covered by the contract. All sales contracts are therefore concluded in U.S.A and are written in English.

Seller reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following:

1. The product you ordered is out of stock, or is withdrawn due to its failure to meet our quality standards or due to the shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items.

2. We identify a pricing or product description error.

3. We are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Currently, Seller will only ship to Buyers with addresses in U.S.A. Normal shipping time is approximately 3 to 10 days from order date if merchandises shipped from U.S. warehouses; and 10 days to 28 days if shipped from Outside U.S.warehouses.

The shipping charges will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart after you select the shipping address in the checkout page. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items of your order in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched quickly. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. You orders will be sent via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any available shipping services to us.

If your order is shipped, the prices will automatically be calculated without taxes and customs duties. Your purchase may or may not have these charges, depending on the policies of the designated country and/or the organization(s) that handle(s) the package. If any of the said charges apply, you may need to pay for them to the respective collection authority in advance of receiving your purchase upon delivery of your order. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Seller. Seller is not responsible for any of these charges, and would not refund on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Seller in advance.

You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Seller will endeavor to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, bad weather and customs clearance. In addition, Seller will not be responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by the mistakes of the shipping carrier. In the case of packages loss of delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner.

Normal shipping time is approximately 4 to 10 days from order date if merchandises shipped from U.S. warehouses; and approximately 10 days to 28 days with handling time from 1-5 days if shipped from other country warehouses.

Seller also ships to Buyers' addresses in other countries if applicable: Australia, Canada, India, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and will not ship to P.O. Box, APO, Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI), only products listed in WORLD Catalog or WORLD-category (example: WORLD-Women Dresses), if available in approximately 10 days to 28 days with handling time from 1-10 days from other country warehouses.

10. Exchange of Damaged Goods

Any damage or bad conditions of purchased merchandise must be made in through email, including a proof of condition and photos to Seller within five (5) working days of the receipt of goods for return approval. We will offer you an exchange of goods after investigation.

1. You can exchange your product for up to 30 days from the receipt date with Seller's Returns Approval.
2. Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging
3. Discounted items are non-exchangeable 
4. Please note that we will not be able to provide any cash refund for products unwanted
5. Please note that the buyers have to bear any shipping fees charged for exchanging the products
6. If the item is good working condition and Buyers requesting no product exchange or return because Buyers choose wrong size and color and money refund will be less 20% restocking fee.
7. If the item is good working condition and Buyers requesting no product exchange and money refund will be less 20% restocking fee
8. If the item is damaged or bad condition and Buyers requesting no exchange, a full refund will be applied.
9. Any damage or bad conditions of purchased merchandise must be made in through email, including a proof of condition and photos to Seller within five (5) working days of the receipt of goods for Seller's Return Approval.

Views expressed in any media by the designers, companies or third parties, whose products are sold on our online store, or with whom we are associated, are their own. Seller has no responsibility for any of such views, as they do not necessarily reflect ours. 

The e-commerce provider that we are using is a completely separate entity from Seller. In this sense, we bear no responsibility for any consequences caused by their decisions, strategies, and opinions.
